Applications for registration to obtain one of the diplomas are submitted during the month of August of each year, and the student is considered enrolled as of the date of approval by the faculty council.
The study for obtaining a postgraduate diploma is two semesters, the first of which begins during the month of October and the second during the month of February.
Students are not allowed to be enrolled for more than four consecutive semesters.
TThe student registered in the postgraduate diploma studies courses of (24 - 30) credit hours in two semesters, including one elective course in each of the two selected semesters.
It is required for the student to attend at least 75% of the theoretical and practical lectures according to the schedules prepared by the college, and the enrollment is revoked if the student is absent without an acceptable excuse for one semester.
Students are required to successfully pass the written, oral, and practical examinations in all the assigned courses.
All examinations for the postgraduate diploma studies are held at the end of each semester, whether for courses that have been registered or the courses that students have previously failed.
The student shall not be granted more than the maximum grade point "C"(69%) if he succeeds in previously failed courses. A student may not enrol in more than one diploma at the same time.

The official original graduation certificate + 2 copies.
Original computer birth certificate + 2 copies.
The original military certificate + copy (males only).
5 personal photos + copy of valid national ID card.
