The Institutional Animal Care & Use Committee (IACUC) is designed to ensure that the highest animal welfare standards are maintained along with the conduct of accurate and valid scientific research, this is achieved through the careful review of each project proposed to include use of animals at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Cairo University.
