Veterinary
It is to be one of the pioneer departments on local and national level in the field of Veterinary education, progress in scientific research for early specific and accurate diagnosis of different parasites. In order to induce limiting their distributions, minimize the role of animal as a source of environment pollution and increasing the value of animal as small economic unit, able to perform social development and improvement in different fields of Veterinary Medicine.
It is prepared for graduation of a veterinarian who is qualified with scientific degrees of both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and capable to offer community service. The Department also carries on programs of continuous education and scientific and applied researches to fulfill requirements of national and regional veterinary fields in line with professional ethics.
