II.               Mention the species of fleas infesting dogs and cats and morphologically compare between them.                 4.Marks

III.           Choose the right answer of the following:               4.5Marks

a)     Habitat of Ancylostoma caninum is (large intestine – small intestine – stomach).

b)     Siphunculata contains ( fleas – bugs – lice).

c)     Female Sand fly fly is (oviparous – larviparous) fly and contains (scutum – scutellum) while ticks contain (scutum – scutellum).

d)     Ixodoidea are considered (chelicerata – antennata).

e)     (Babesia spp, - Toxoplasma spp – Sarcocystis spp) is a blood parasite.

f)      Demodex spp causes (mange – scabies – follicular mange).

g)     Isospopra spp mature oocyst (With- without micropyle).

     Host that is occasionally  parasitized with certain Parasite (Fasciola in Camel).

5- Accidental host:

     Host that is very seldom to be  Parasetized with certain parasites (Dipylidium caninum in children).

6- Temporary or provisional host:

     That infect for short time (Toxocara in puppies or calves).
